I photographed this scene on my spring 2021 trip to the Coastal Redwoods of Northern California. Although I had very few days of soft overcast light, and the weather felt more like summer than spring, I did have a few moments with wonderful soft light to work with. This photo was taken as a light mist was falling.

This photo was taken on Fuji Provia 100F transparency film with a Fujinon A 240mm f/9 lens on an Arca-Swiss F Metric view camera.
